The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping centers. the staff was responsive and quickly addressed any issues that arose, such as a problem with the heating system and cold showers, which were promptly resolved. the room itself was adequately equipped with essential amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. However, the check-in process was challenging, with the keys located in a lockbox down a dark road leading to an underground carpark. This may have been intimidating for solo travelers, especially at night. the property lacked certain amenities like a dining table and outdoor dining area, which would have added to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. Overall, Omega Inn offers decent value for its price, with basic amenities and a convenient location. With some improvements in check-in procedures and additional amenities, it could be a more luxurious option for travelers seeking a comfortable stay.
